Build Your Career in Financial Education
We're looking for people who want to make a real difference in how families understand money. Not just talking at them, but working with them.
If you've ever sat down with someone confused by their finances and actually helped them see things more clearly — you know that feeling. That's what we do here every day.
Collaborative Environment
Working together on better ways to explain complex topics
Meaningful Work
Creating resources that actually help people understand their options
Open Positions
We're growing our team in 2026. These roles start between June and September, giving you time to prepare for a transition if you're currently working elsewhere.
Financial Literacy Educator
You'll develop and present educational content for community groups and individuals. This isn't about selling anything — it's about explaining concepts like budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies in ways people can actually use.
Learn MoreContent Developer
We need someone who can take complicated financial topics and turn them into clear, useful guides and articles. You'll write everything from simple explainers to more detailed resources for people at different stages of their financial journey.
Learn MoreCommunity Outreach Coordinator
This role connects us with local organizations, schools, and community centers to set up educational workshops. You'll manage relationships and coordinate events where we share financial awareness information with people who need it.
Learn MoreProgram Assessment Specialist
Help us understand if our education efforts are working. You'll gather feedback, analyze what's helping people most, and identify where we could improve our approach. Data-minded people who care about outcomes will do well here.
Learn MoreWhat We Value
We're pretty straightforward about what matters to us. These aren't just nice words on a careers page — they guide how we work and who tends to succeed here.
Genuine Care
You have to actually care about helping people understand their finances better. This work requires patience and empathy — you're often explaining things to folks who feel embarrassed about not knowing them already.
Clear Communication
The whole job is making complicated stuff understandable. If you can take something confusing and explain it in a way that clicks for someone — that's the skill we need most.
Continuous Learning
Financial topics evolve, and so do the challenges people face. We're always looking for better ways to teach these concepts. You should be comfortable trying new approaches and learning from what works and what doesn't.
How the Application Process Works
Initial Application
Send us your resume and a brief note about why you're interested. We read every application personally. Tell us about a time you helped someone understand something complex — doesn't have to be finance-related.
Phone Conversation
If your background looks like a good match, we'll set up a call. This is pretty casual — we want to hear about your experience and answer your questions about the role. Usually takes about 30 minutes.
Working Session
You'll come in (or join virtually) for a working interview. We might ask you to review some educational materials and suggest improvements, or explain a financial concept to us. This shows us how you think and communicate.
Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd be working with. Ask them anything about day-to-day work here. We want you to get a real sense of whether this environment feels right for you.
Decision and Offer
We'll let you know our decision within a week of your final interview. If we're making an offer, we'll discuss start dates, compensation, and answer any remaining questions you have.
